So often we motivate ourselves into DOING MORE…
We think that if we DO MORE, if we just push ourselves harder, if we just make more effort, then we will get there.
Can you relate?
We set ourselves a goal and we start taking action. Yet as soon as we see that things are not going as fast as planned or expected, we start beating ourselves up for not doing enough or not being good enough. We get discouraged.
We think often that the solution is MORE ACTION. We try to find back our motivation and willpower, so that we could DO MORE.
- But WHAT IF instead of taking more action and pushing harder you need to SLOW DOWN?
What if SLOWING DOWN is exactly what will help you move faster?
What if DOING LESS is what you need?
Here’s the thing:
It’s never only about DOING. It’s also about BEING.

Are you the one who is BEING impatient, doubtful or fearful as you move ahead? Or are you the one who is BEING calm, excited and hopeful?
Who you ARE will either help you get what you want with more ease or will hold you back.
It’s never only about DOING and action.

Take action daily, stay determined but also ALLOW yourself to SLOW DOWN, relax and take it easy.
Let go of any feelings of guilt, worry or stress for not doing enough or not moving fast enough.
Allow yourself to ENJOY every step you take and say NO THANKS to hustle, pushing and comparison.
The better you feel, the easier your journey towards your goal will be!
