“YOU’RE SO POSITIVE, DAIVA!”
“HOW COME YOU ALWAYS LOOK SO HAPPY?!”
I’ve heard people tell me this so often, that I started believing it myself.
YES! I’m a VERY positive person.
Or at least I’m MORE POSITIVE than most people.
But you know WHAT?
Even if I go around with A SMILE on my face most of the time, I can STILL:
- Wake up in the morning and wonder where my passion and excitement has gone
- Get really frustrated when things aren’t going my way
- Get upset about some silly remark which is not worth spending a minute of my time on…
“Oh really? Is it true, Daiva?…”
YESS, that’s right!
I’m NOT POSITIVE 24/7!
And let me also tell you this: NO ONE IS!
NO ONE can go around spreading good vibes all day long.
“I get it… But how do you manage to FEEL SO GOOD all the time?”
Great question! Here’s the KEY:
Whenever I NOTICE that I feel less good, I immediately DO something to RAISE MY FREQUENCY.
“You mean, you do something to FEEL BETTER?”
YES indeed! It’s pretty much like you change to another radio station when you no longer like the music.
I go ahead and CHANGE THE CHANNEL!
If I want to feel better, I’ve got to shift to ANOTHER FREQUENCY!
I get it if you’re thinking now:
“Sounds simple when you say it, Daiva. It’s EASY for you…”
No, YOU CAN DO IT too!
Everyone can CHANGE the channel!
Whenever you notice that you’re FEELING LESS GOOD than you’d like to, go ahead and SWITCH TO ANOTHER STATION:
- Take a walk
- Call a friend
- Listen to your favorite song
- Take a nap
- Plan your next holiday…
DO ANYTHING that will help you RAISE YOUR FREQUENCY and make you FEEL BETTER!
Here’s the thing:
- It’s NOT about being POSITIVE all the time
- It’s about CARING HOW YOU FEEL and CHANGING TO ANOTHER FREQUENCY when you no longer enjoy the music!
Always remember: Nothing is more important than that you FEEL GOOD!
Because the way you FEEL is the way you ATTRACT.
If you want to draw good things into your life, you’ve got to be on the RIGHT FREQUENCY.
