I’m going to share how you can EASILY MAKE MORE TIME for yourself from the inside out. YES, FROM THE INSIDE OUT! You’ve probably heard that in order to change anything in our outer reality we need first and foremost to look inside ourselves. When we CHANGE ON THE INSIDE, OUR OUTSIDE CHANGES too.
By the way, do you know someone who’s got enough time? I don’t think so. It seems that everyone I meet lacks time…
So let’s go ahead and MAKE SOME MORE TIME!
One of the LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE that’s operating in our lives is THE LAW OF POLARITY. This Law states that there are 2 POLES or 2 OPPOSITES OF THE SAME THING. Examples of polarity are:
WHITE – BLACK
GOOD – BAD
BIG – SMALL
A good way to illustrate this law is by using a STICK. Imagine that you’re holding a stick or a ruler in your hands. If we ON ONE END OF THE STICK have for example HATE, ON THE OTHER END OF THE STICK we have LOVE. If we on one end of the stick have YOUNG, ON THE OTHER END we have OLD. You see it, right?
The same is true of TIME. There’s LACK OF TIME on one end of the stick, but there’s also ABUNDANCE OF TIME on the other end.
WHEN WE SAY AND FEEL THAT WE DON’T HAVE TIME, we’re ON ONE END of the stick. We’re in LACK. We’re coming from THE BELIEF THAT THERE’S NOT ENOUGH TIME.
And whenever we affirm that we’re lacking time, that’s what we also get and experience.The lack of time. Because what we say and believe is also what we create. AS INSIDE, SO OUTSIDE.
So what do we need to do to make more time? WE NEED TO MAKE A SHIFT. From one end of the stick to the other. From the LACK OF TIME to the ABUNDANCE OF TIME.
HOW DO WE SHIFT? We do it by simply AFFIRMING THE OPPOSITE. When we NOTICE that we’re saying that there’s not enough time, we simply have to STOP OURSELVES, take a deep breath and AFFIRM THE OPPOSITE like for example:
I’VE GOT ALL THE TIME I NEED.
I ALWAYS HAVE ENOUGH TIME.
I HAVE AN ABUNDANCE OF TIME.
You can choose words in your affirmation exactly as you want! They just need to FEEL GOOD to you.
Can you see the shift? Can you feel the difference?
When you affirm that you have lots of time, you’ll also experience more time. What you affirm and believe is what you get. AS INSIDE, SO OUTSIDE.
THE MORE YOU AFFIRM that you have enough time, THE MORE EVIDENCE you’ll start seeing in your life that you actually HAVE ENOUGH TIME. You’ll have MORE TIME to the things you want to do, and you’ll also do them with greater ease. How cool is that?
I’ll repeat this shortly, so that you can START MAKING MORE TIME for yourself right away.
AS SOON AS YOU NOTICE THAT YOU’RE SAYING OR FEELING THAT YOU HAVE NO TIME, JUST STOP YOURSELF, take a deep breath and SHIFT TO THE ABUNDANCE OF TIME BY AFFIRMING THE OPPOSITE, for example:
I’VE GOT ALL THE TIME I NEED.
I ALWAYS HAVE ENOUGH TIME.
I ENJOY HAVING LOTS OF TIME.
Make your own affirmation in whatever way it feels good to you!
I want to mention two more things that are very important when you say your affirmations.
Firstly, you’ve got TO DO IT WITH FEELING. You have to really feel into what IT FEELS for you to HAVE LOTS OF TIME. It’s when you connect to the feeling that true change will happen.
Secondly, you have to SHIFT from lack to abundance of time AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN. Get into the habit of CATCHING YOURSELF when you feel or say or worry that you’ve got no time and then SHIFT BY AFFIRMING THE OPPOSITE.
