When we find ourselves in a situation which we are not happy about, it is natural for us to long after things getting better. We think that when the situation gets better or when the problem disappears, then we will be happy again. In other words we do not allow ourselves to enjoy our lives until things have actually shifted for the better. How often we think like this:

When I find a new job…..

When I can afford going for a holiday…..

When I have lost 5 kilos…..

When I get promoted….

When I find a boyfriend/girlfriend…..

It is great to have goals and desires. However, if you are waiting to get happy until you have got the thing you want, you might have to wait a LONG time until the thing that you want comes to you.

I would completely understand if some of you would like to ask me here: “Are you asking me to be happy NOW, when I am about to lose my job? Do you really understand how serious it is??“

And my answer is YES. I am asking you to find the way to feel good about your life NOW, so that your life and your job situation could start shifting for the better! The truth is your situation cannot start changing until you start changing energy about it inside of you. You have to find the way to take your eyes from the problem and get happy NOW.

Let me explain in more detail.

When you focus on lack and on what you don’t have, you feel miserable, unhappy and doubtful. Emotions like doubt, uncertainty, worry, impatience are low- level emotions that carry a very low frequency. By feeling these emotions you are in the state of resistance: You are pushing away the very things that you want to attract into your life. The more you feel these emotions, the more like emotions you will attract.  

On the contrary, when you are able to be happy and grateful for all you have in the NOW, you are open for better things to come to you. Feelings like satisfaction, appreciation, joy, gratitude, enthusiasm, passion carry a high vibration and attract like vibrations. They put you in the place of allowing. The more you allow, the faster the things you desire will come to you.

When you want to achieve something in your life, it makes a HUGE difference how you are feeling on a daily basis. The way you feel will determine how fast and easy the things that you want will come to you. The more you are feelings high-vibration emotions, the sooner you will see the results.

On a mental level you can be sure about what you want and work hard towards it. But if you are feeling impatience, dissatisfaction, worry or discouragement, know that your way towards what you want may be hard and long.

Let your emotions be your guide and choose to feel happy as often as you can! Become good at noticing how you are feeling. And if you do not like the way you feel, change it!

Do not wait for the things to change until you give yourself permission to be happy. Start getting happy NOW. Ask yourself what makes you happy and do it! Take a walk, call a friend, take a shower, listen to your favourite music…Remember the time you felt happy and allow yourself to enjoy this memory. Or create an image in your mind where you see yourself completely happy and fulfilled…

Start feeling happy NOW. Before you see the evidence. And watch how your life unfolds!
