“5 minutes per day? Are you serious, Daiva?”

Yep, that’s all it takes: 5 MINUTES per day!

You see, success is not something that belongs only to some lucky people, or to people who deserve success more than you or me.

  • You BECOME successful because you have a MINDSET OF SUCCESS.

Yes! All successful people have a mindset of success. A mindset that they have been building by daily habits.

The KEY to success is your MINDSET. And you can build a mindset of success too!

One DAILY HABIT that will help you train your mind for success and that only takes 5 minutes per day is writing down your successes into your SUCCESS BOOK.

Here’s s how you go about it:

STEP 1
Take a nice notebook. You can name it “MY SUCCESS BOOK”.

STEP 2
Every evening find 5 MINUTES for yourself where you can relax in a quite place without being interrupted. It can be just before you go to bed.

STEP 3
Reflect upon the day that has gone and do your best to remember all the THINGS THAT HAVE GONE WELL for you during the day. It can be bigger things, or it can be small things. For instance, it can be things such as:

  • Receiving a praise from your boss for the task you did
  • Getting a compliment for your looks
  • Going to gym even if you were tired
  • Receiving a phone call from a friend and having a really nice chat
  • Arriving to meeting in time despite heavy traffic

It can be anything that made you feel good about yourself or made you happy. 

STEP 4
Choose 5 THINGS that have gone well during the day and write them down into your SUCCESS BOOK.

STEP 5
Look at your successes in the Success Book and celebrate them!

REPEAT the same process next evening and do it for 21 days at least.

IMPORTANT!  Do not rush while doing this. Allow yourself to enjoy your successes. Let yourself connect to the FEELING of success.

As you start FOCUSING on your successes every day, you’ll little by little TRAIN YOUR MIND for success.

Your subconscious mind will start believing that YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL. And the more you start believing this, the more success you’ll start experiencing. Your beliefs create your reality!
