I hope you’ve had a great start of the year so far!
The thing that many talk about at the beginning of the year is NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?
Let me be totally honest with you… I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions!
Why? Because they are often too big, too unrealistic and hard to stick to! Let’s face it: Most people FAIL to keep their New Year’s resolutions!
Here’s what I believe is a much BETTER WAY to set yourself up for success when it comes to your goals and desires:
- Instead of making New Year’s resolutions, commit to one or more new DAILY HABITS!
Think about what you truly want for yourself this year. Let’s say you want a better health and more energy and vitality.
Ask yourself: What DAILY HABIT am I willing to commit to that will help me become more healthy and have more energy and vitality?
Choose to start with ONE DAILY HABIT!
Maybe it’s running twice a week. Or drinking more water each day. Or a 15-minute daily fitness routine at home. Or getting 8 hours of sleep every day.
Choose a DAILY HABIT that easily FITS INTO YOUR LIFE, that makes you FEEL GOOD and that you’re SURE you can stick to! Don’t overwhelm yourself – don’t choose a habit that you’re not sure you’ll be able to keep.
When you start seeing evidence that you’re able to stick to ONE DAILY HABIT, your self-confidence will increase, you’ll feel great and you’ll be ready to crush your goals and maybe even go after new goals and desires.
Never underestimate the POWER OF YOUR DAILY HABITS when it comes to creating the success and happiness you want!

Let’s commit to DAILY HABITS that we can keep and that will help us become the best version of ourselves!
