Do you know that most people are thinking about what THEY DON’T WANT most of the time? And they’re hardly aware of that?

It’s obvious that they want something better instead and that they don’t want to have what THEY DON’T WANT in their life. And yet they spend lots of time thinking and talking exactly about what THEY DON’T WANT and NOT about WHAT THEY WANT.

It doesn’t make much sense, does it? Well, people do it by default. They’re used to give attention to things that bother them. This is how it is.

Yet when you give your FOCUS TO WHAT YOU DON’T WANT, what happens is that you make unwanted things and situations stay much longer.

Why? Because what you FOCUS ON, you get MORE OF. The more you focus on the unwanted, the more you keep it in your life and the more stuck you feel.

  • WILL YOU PLEASE STOP FOCUSING ON WHAT YOU DON’T WANT!?

Yes! If you want to be more happy and draw more good things and experiences into your life, you’ve got to get into the habit of deliberately directing your attention to WHAT YOU WANT.

You’ve got to train your mind to FOCUS on WHAT YOU WANT. As often as possible, as much as possible.

“But how do I do this when things happen that I DON’T WANT? How can I NOT think about that?”

Surely it’s not possible to stay positive all the time. There will be things that upset you, irritate you or make you sad or discouraged.

But no matter what happens, you can CHOOSE what you’ll FOCUS on: 

Either you keep focusing on WHAT YOU DON’T WANT and continue to feel bad.

Or you shift your focus to WHAT YOU DO WANT and feel good again!

Here’s A SIMPLE TOOL you can use again and again to SHIFT YOUR FOCUS whenever something unwanted happens that makes you feel less good:

  • WHAT DO I WANT?
  • HOW DO I WANT TO FEEL?

When you turn your attention to WHAT YOU WANT and how you WANT TO FEEL, you’ll  immediately start feeling better.

And the more often you FEEL GOOD, the more your life will start changing for the better. That’s for sure!

Because as you FEEL, so you ATTRACT. The better you feel, the more good things and experiences you’ll be drawing to you! Great, isn’t it?

Train your mind to FOCUS on WHAT YOU WANT!
