You often hear,“You’ve got to be GRATEFUL.”

YES, you know this! And you often ARE GRATEFUL when you HAVE SOMETHING TO BE GRATEFUL FOR. Like when you finally get what you’ve been wanting. Or somebody surprises you in a really nice way. Or something good or unexpected happens exactly at the right time.

BUT WHAT IF nothing new or exciting happens? WHAT IF you feel you’ve got too much on your plate? WHAT IF the thought in the morning about everything you need to get done gives you a knock in the stomach? WHAT IF you’re going through the motions, day in and day out, and you’re sick and tired of all the “Shoulds” that take all your time? Then you don’t think you have much to be GRATEFUL for, right?

And I totally get you! It’s hard TO BE GRATEFUL when you’re feeling LIKE A HAMSTER  ON A WHEEL. I totally get you if you think, “BRING ME SOMETHING TO BE GRATEFUL FOR – then I’ll be grateful.”

BUT even if it’s understandable and you might have really good reasons to feel this way, it’s a totally WRONG ATTITUDE!

Because it’s THE OTHER WAY ROUND! You’ve got to be GRATEFUL NOW. Even if you’re sick and tired. Even if you’re not at all where you want to be. You’ve got to be GRATEFUL for WHAT YOU HAVE NOW.

WHY? Why should you be GRATEFUL NOW?

Here’s WHY.

IN ORDER TO GET, you need to BE OPEN TO RECEIVE. You need to be on THE RECEIVING FREQUENCY. You need to ALLOW good things to come to you.

WHEN YOU’RE GRATEFUL, you’re in THE RECEIVING MODE.

When you’re UNHAPPY, dissatisfied, frustrated or discouraged, you’re tuned off. You’re ON THE WRONG FREQUENCY. You can’t RECEIVE.

Either you ARE on the receiving frequency or NOT. Period.

Either you’re ALLOWING more good to come to you or NOT.

TO RECEIVE THINGS to be GRATEFUL for, you need to be on the right frequency. You need to be GRATEFUL NOW.

Have you ever been wondering why your situation isn’t changing for the better, even if you keep pushing and pushing? It’s because NOTHING BETTER CAN COME TO YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT IN THE RECEIVING MODE, no matter how hard you try. When you’re ON THE WRONG FREQUENCY, you’ll continue being stuck, or you’ll be moving forward way too slow.

GRATITUDE is one of the best and fastest ways that helps you SHIFT INTO THE RECEIVING MODE and ALLOW more good things into your life. By practicing GRATITUDE for WHAT YOU HAVE on a daily basis, you can truly TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER!

DECIDE from now on that you’ll be focusing on being GRATEFUL for WHAT YOU HAVE, no matter what your situation.

EVERY DAY take a few minutes in the morning or in the evening and find 5 THINGS YOU’RE GRATEFUL FOR. Even better if you write them down in your GRATITUDE JOURNAL.

When you FOCUS ON and ARE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE versus what you’re missing, you’re also staying IN YOUR POWER. Because as you APPRECIATE WHAT IS in your life NOW, you’re OPEN for more good things to come to you and you’re also in a position to MOVE FORWARD.

On the contrary, when you FOCUS on what you’re LACKING, you’re giving your POWER away. You’re GIVING YOUR POWER AWAY to your circumstances which keeps you stuck where you are.

CHOOSE Gratitude. Stay In YOUR POWER.

BEING GRATEFUL is a CHOICE.

CHOOSE GRATITUDE and get excited! Because MORE THINGS to be grateful for are on the way!
